My Story
From wanting to end a life… to learning how to love.

Growing Up in the Crossfire
I didn't grow up in a quiet home. My parents were divorced, and the house I lived in was filled with abuse—verbal, emotional, physical. There was no safe space. Just constant tension, constant pain, constant chaos.
As a kid, I didn't have words for what was happening. I just knew something was deeply wrong. And when no one around you can explain the pain, you start carrying it alone.
When Anger Took Over
All that pain built into something darker. A deep, violent anger started growing inside me. I wasn't just hurting—I was becoming someone I didn't recognize.
I reached a point where I was ready to take my own life. Or my mother's. That's not easy to say. But that's where I was. Standing at the edge of something I couldn't come back from.

Jesus Stepped In
Right at that breaking point—when I had nothing left, no hope, no plan except destruction—Jesus met me. Not with a lecture. With love.
He stepped into the darkest room of my life and said, 'I love you. I'm here. Let me rewrite this.' And something inside me broke—not in the way I was used to, but in the way a dam breaks to let water flow again.
The rage turned into repentance. The numbness turned into compassion. Grace didn't just save me from death—it gave me a reason to live.

Learning to Love God and Love People
Everything I do now comes back to one passage: Mark 12:30–31. 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. And love your neighbor as yourself.'
That's not a suggestion. That's the foundation of my life. After everything I've been through, I know that real love—the kind that comes from God—is the only thing that heals. It's the only thing worth building on.
Now: A Voice for This Generation
Today, I'm a 21-year-old preacher, podcaster, and evangelist from Greensboro, NC. I serve at Definition Church and spend my time on college campuses sharing the gospel with students who are hurting, questioning, and searching.
I'm still young. I'm still growing. But I'm fully surrendered to the One who met me in my darkest moment. And I'm spending the rest of my life telling others: there's a God who still steps into dark rooms and says, 'I love you. Love Me. Love them.'

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these."
— Mark 12:30–31
